John Kissinger

KISSINGER, John F., 92, of Dayton passed away Thursday, June 14, 2007 at his home with his son and daughters by his side. He was born in New Carlisle, Ohio. This strong, loving, kind gentleman has fought the fight of faith and has moved on to his heavenly home to receive his greatest reward. Welcomed by his beloved wife Betty Stewart Kissinger who preceded him in death twenty-two years ago. He graduated from Steele High School, worked at Fenton's Dry Cleaners, NCR and retired from Frigidaire-Harrison Radiator in 1985. He left behind a son; John F. Kissinger, Jr. and wife Laura C., four daughters; Jane E. Thomas and Chuck Thomas, Nancy A. Gray, Catherine L. Powers and husband Robert J., Deborah L. Shepherd and husband Dean; seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; numerous other family and friends. The family would like to thank the wonderful caregivers for their love and support who helped the family to keep dad at home and also a special thanks to Hospice. A prayer service will be held 10:00AM Monday June 18, 2007 at David's Cemetery in their chapel. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Samaritan's Purse P.O.
