John Kenney

Kenney, John E. (Jack) age 78 of Centerville, Oh, passed away Thursday December 15, 2011. Jack was preceded in death by his father John E. Kenney, sister Nancy, brother Terry Kenney, and daughter Judith Kenney.
He is survived by his mother, Irma Kenney Chromick, sister Ann (John) Hogberg, and step-brother Jan (Judi) Chromick. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Carlene Kenney, children John E., James R., Jean M. (Ira) Fields, Joseph P., and Jerry A. Kenney.
He has eight surviving grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous family members, friends and golf buddies.
Jack graduated from Stivers High School, attended Miami University, and served in the U. S. Army. He had only recently retired from Elano Corp. after 31 years service.
Jack loved sports and was an avid golfer.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Dayton or the American Cancer Society can be made.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21st, 2011 from 5:00-7:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral service will begin at 7pm. Pastor Darrell Bucher will officiate.
