John Kaloyano

KALOYANO, John N. "Papa John", age 86 of New Carlisle, passed away on his 86th birthday, September, 7, 2011. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 7, 1925 to the late Nestor J. and Anna M. Kaloyano. John is survived by his wife of 48 years, Fern Kaloyano; children: Aris (Robert) Kaloyano-Dippong, Anna (Kenny) Justis-Younce, John (Dona) Massie and Kimberly (Ed) Holbrook; and 2 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 16, 2011 at Lake Ave. Christian Church (1101 W. Lake Ave., New Carlisle, Ohio) with Pastor Randy Warner officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. A gathering will follow at Smith Park in the shelter house.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's memory to either The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420 or to The Humane Society, 1661 Nicholas Road, Dayton, Ohio 45417.
