John H. Ryan

RYAN, John H., age 56, of Kettering passed away Thursday, Apr. 21, 2005 after a lengthy illness. He was a 1967 graduate of Alter High School and served in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his brother Gerald Lee Ryan. He is survived by his parents John K. and Joyce M. Ryan of Kettering, his wife Christine A. Ryan of Eaton, sons John G. (Crystal) Ryan of Indianapolis, IN, Timothy M. Ryan of Eaton, 2 sisters Kathleen (Robert) Bledsoe of Ray, Susan (Tim) Ryan of Upper Arlington, step-daughter Eve D. Silva, step-sons Gabriel, Christian, and Patrick Silva all of Eaton, grandson John Xavier Ryan and a host of other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 12PM Monday at St. Albert the Great, 3033 Far Hills Ave in Kettering celebrated by Father James Manning with burial in Dayton National Cemetery. Family will receive friends Mon, Apr 25 from 10:30-11:30 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. in Kettering. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff at 9 North Dayton VAMC. Contributions may be made in John's memory to St. Albert the Great Catholic Church.
