John Devney

DEVNEY, John of West Carrollton passed away Wednesday March 14, 2007 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his parent John and Dorothy Devney and nephew Eugene Thompson. John is survived by his sisters: Cora Thompson, Martha (Herb) Calahan, Darlene (Lloyd) Behken, Sheena (Paul) Smith, and Tonya (Robert) Adams; brothers: Chuck (Vicky) Eldridge, Jimmy (Barb) Eldridge and Bob (Mary) Devney; best friend Lucky Dog, numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. John will be remembered as the world's best uno player. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Saturday, March 17, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00PM Saturday prior to services.
