John C. Chambers, age 57 of Dayton, passed away July 24, 2017. He was born September 3, 1959 in Dayton to the late Corbett and Yvonne Chambers. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brothers, Jelly Roll Chambers.
He is survived by his sister, Judy Williams; brothers, J.L. Blankenship and Brad Chambers; cousin, Jerry (Ronda) Newport; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
John enjoyed building model drag racers. He had a passion for horses and hunting. John worked and retired from General Motors/Delphi after 30 years of service. He loved spending time and playing with all his cousins, especially the babies.
A Celebration of John's Life will be held at a later date.
