John Burke

BURKE, John Lee, 74, of Dayton passed away Monday, March 6, 2006 at the V.A. Hospital. He was born December 23, 1931 in Mt. Vernon, KY. John is survived by his daughters Pat (Tim) Myers and Debbie (Thomas) Aker; sons Wayne (Rhonda), Johnny (Lesley), and Jeff (Kim) Burke; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Margaret Burke and parents Grover and Dova. John was a veteran in the U.S. Army and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Miamisburg. Funeral services will be held 12:00PM Wednesday March 8, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd, with Pastor Jeff Burke officiating.
