Age 70, passed away October 3, 2014. He is preceded in death by wife, Margie Baren.
He is survived by sons, Robert (Darcy Haley) Baren and Ted C. Cogan; grandchildren, Josh Cogan and Aly Cogan; cousin, Joan (Dennett) Hanssmann; and numerous close friends.
John worked at Wernle Youth and Family Treatment Center in Richmond, IN.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd.
