John Andrew Sauer

SAUER, John A., age 85, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2008. He was born September 6, 1923 in Dayton, to the late John C. & Wilhelmina Sauer. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Jean Sauer; sister Peg McDonald and brother Roy Sauer. John is survived by his children Ann Marie Sauer of Belgium and Mark Sauer of Dayton; granddaughter Mia Mafia; Sisters Mary A. Sauer of Beavercreek and Louise Vulgamore of Dayton; sister-in-law Nancy Sue Sauer of Centerville; and many other friends and relatives. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 21, 2008 from 9-10am at Newcomer Funeral Home Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH). A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (272 Bainbridge St., Dayton, OH) at 10:30am. Interment will be at Dayton National Cemetery.
