John A. Ludington

LUDINGTON, John A., age 81, of Beavercreek, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2008. He was born October 29, 1926 in Waynesville, Ohio. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #753 in Beavercreek, was the former owner of J&M Travel Trailers, and drove school buses for the Beavercreek Schools for over 20 years. John had a love for camping and local sports teams. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marjorie Ludington; two sons, Ken (Penny) Ludington and Jack (Connie) Ludington; three grandchildren, Stacy, Shannon, and David; 5 great-grandchildren; one sister, Carol Hunt of Columbus; special adopted grandchildren from Coyote Canyon. He was preceded in death by both parents and three sisters. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 13, 2008 from 2-5p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where funeral services will be held Monday, April 14 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Miami Cemetery in Corwin, OH. If desired, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
