John A. Bereczky

John A. Bereczky Sr., age 77, of Troy, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 26, 2023.
John was born in New Carlisle, OH on March 2, 1946 to the late Joseph & Mary Bereczky.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jim, Dale and Mary Jane and childhood best friend, Harold Bowers.
John is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Barbara Bereczky; children, Renee Maloney, John (Jodi) Bereczky and Latasha (Joe Ryman) Bereczky; grandchildren, Bradley, Kaylyn, Anna, Kasandra, Jacob and Joey; great-grandchildren, Cici, Sophia and Wyatt; brothers, Lowell (Shirley) Bereczky, Earl (Jackie) Bereczky and Mike Bereczky; beloved dog, Buffy; and many other relatives and friends.
John enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping and just being outdoors. He had a contagious laugh. John will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 9:30-10:30 am at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. The service will follow at 10:30 am.
