Joe Strausbaugh, age 77, of Dayton, OH passed away Tuesday October 30, 2012.
He is preceded in death by his son, Joey Strausbaugh.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Marcella (nee: Weills) Strausbaugh; son, Jim Strausbaugh; daughter, Debbie (Rick) Maxwell; grandchildren, Ashley Strausbaugh, Nicole Lane, Megan Landis, and Christine McKinney; brother-in-law, Don (Janet) Weills; half siblings, Lynn and Jane; and many nieces and nephews.
Joe was a 52 year Mason in Solar Lodge #730 in Dayton, OH, Grand Council Royal & Select Masons of Ohio, the Valley of Dayton Scottish Rite, Antioch Shriners, the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, PP of Harvest Chapter #564 Order of the Eastern Star, 32 year member of the South Park United Methodist Church, and an avid Panoramic Photographer.
Visitation is Monday November 5, 2012 from 9am to 10:45am, Masonic Service starting at 10:45am and funeral service starting at 11am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Pastor Thomas W. Miller is officiating.
Interment is in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
Arrangements are by the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
