Age 82, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2007, at Wayne Hospital.
Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Winifred I. (Mahan) Roberson, in 2003.
He is survived by three children, JoAnn & her husband, Jim Davis, Lee & her husband, Bill Pipenger and Robert Roberson; six grandchildren, Kimberly, Jessica, Robert, Shawn, Jamie & Allison; and by seven great grandchildren.
Joe was a veteran of the U. S. Navy having served in WW II and a member of the Greenville V.F.W.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Ithaca Cemetery.
