Jody Phillip Deane

Jody Phillip Deane, also known as Jody Webster Young, was born on Wednesday, April 8, 1970, in Charleston, West Virginia. He passed away unexpectedly on September 27, 2024, at the age of 54.

Jody was a gifted man. He had faith in God, was hardworking, and his intelligence allowed him to excel in anything he set his mind to. He was known for his honesty, kindness, and his heart of gold.

Jody loved to read anything that could teach him something new. He cherished his family, especially his dogs. Jody enjoyed playing Dungeons & Dragons, various computer games, and watching his favorite shows and movies. He loved music and practicing martial arts.

Jody was the kind of person who could troubleshoot and solve any problem with ease. He was always there to lend a hand to anyone in need, and his reliability was unmatched. No matter the distance or time, he always knew he had a family who loved him, and that love would never fade.

Jody was preceded in death by his father, Morris Webster Young.He is survived by his sons, James Deane and Jody Deane Jr.; his mother, Renay Hayes; his brother, Conward Young; his sister, Angela Young; his step-sister, Jennifer Settle; his ex-wife, Misty (Pharris) Deane; and many nieces and nephews.
