KERNS, Joanne H., 67, of Fairborn passed away Thursday, August 31, 2006. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Richard Kerns; mother and step father Helen and Kenneth Hazel; father Henry Kramer; sisters Pat and Marge; and infant son Richard Jr. Joanne is survived by her daughters Helen (Richard) Vineyard, Donna (Norman) Schneider, and Linda (Matthew) Magill; sons Raymond (Peggy) and William (Kerrie) Kerns; grandchildren Beth, Jackie, Brandon, Tabitha, Nick, Zachary, Valerie, Matthew, Jessica, Maddison, and Dallas; great granddaughter Gracie; special friend Jackie Foster; and other family and friends. She was welcomed into the waiting arms of her husband. Funeral services will be held 11:30AM Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30AM Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Dayton National Cemetery.
