Joanna Ferrell

FERRELL, Joanna Cotterman, age 64, of Springboro and formerly of Centerville, passed away Sat., Jan., 28, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton after a year long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Borders. Joanna is survived by her mother Edna Mae Borders of Kokomo, IN; her husband of 20 years David Ferrell of Springboro; 3 sons Greg Cotterman of Dayton, Scott Cotterman of San Diego, CA and Mark Cotterman & wife Lisa of Loveland, OH; 1 brother Philip Borders & wife Wilma of New Castle, IN; 1 step-son David Ferrell Jr. & wife Lisa of Saratoga Springs, NY; 1 step-daughter Traci Fox & husband Brett of Raleigh, NC; 4 granddaughters; 2 grandsons and 3 step-granddaughters. She was a volunteer at SICSA, collected antiques, was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Funeral services 10:30 A.M., Thurs., Feb. 2, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Jim Futrell officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Private inurnment Grandview Cemetery, Bloomfield, IN at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions, if so desired, may be given to the Humane Society or A.M.I.
