JoAnn Roe, age 84 of Miamisburg passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born on June 12, 1937 in New Boston, Ohio to the late Vera Jennings Fout and Raymond Fout. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Emery Roe; daughter, Beverly Roe; and grandson, Christopher L. West Junior.
JoAnn is survived by her four daughters, Denise (Jerry) Craig, Reyna (Darren) Caudill, Annette (Terry) Miller, and Lisa (Michael) Webb; nine grandchildren, Amanda McRoberts, Ashley Childers, Rachael Lacey, Andrew Craig, Bradley Craig, Ryan Martin, Lindsay Caudill, Jordan Grandison and Taylor Miller; sixteen great-grandchildren, Kyler, Malyki, Micah, Harmony, Kayden, Zaine, Jaxon, Lani, Payton, Koen, Amora, Emery, Eleyse, Marcella, Charlotte, and Parker. JoAnn is also survived by her loving sister, Sylvia (JT) Mauk of Emerald Isle, North Carolina. She is survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She was devoted to her faith and a proud member of Miamisburg Assembly of God. JoAnn retired from Esther Price Candies. She enjoyed listening to Gospel Music, watching Hallmark movies, and shopping for her family. The most precious thing to JoAnn was her family, faith, and Jesus. She is well loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.
Graveside Service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. JoAnn will be laid to rest at Hillgrove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family hopes those who would like to honor her will find a quiet time to remember who she was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties.
