Joan Rae Shaneyfelt

Joan R. Shaneyfelt, age 86 of Moraine, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024. She was born February 7, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Novelene; two children, Ronda and Cory; four siblings, Sharlene, Barbara, Yvonne and Herman; and many other family and friends.

Joan is survived by her two sisters, Judith Brammer and Sharon Colia; three grandchildren, Jessica (Jason), Candice (Josh), and Tracy; two great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Ryder. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Joan enjoyed reading, playing cards, ceramics, and watching the Cincinnati Reds. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.

A gathering with family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Memorial service will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor David Tackett to officiate.
