Joan Carol Peacock

Joan Carol Peacock, age 74, of Dayton, passed away on April 24, 2023. She was born in Clinton, Iowa on January 6, 1949 to the late Dorothy and Johnny Oldsen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Robert Peacock Sr. and her sister, Catherine Parisi.

She is survived by her children, Ricky Traver, Tammy (Danny) Skinner, Pamela (Travis) Anderson and Robert Peacock, Jr.; her grandchildren, Kristina (Scott), Josh (Tori), Brandon, Kylie, and Alina; her great grandchildren, Penny, Aurora, Brentley and Avery; her sister, Patty Oldsen; and many other loving family and friends.

Joan loved cooking, gardening, music and living life to the fullest. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was the best mom and grandma anyone could ask for. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 am-10:30 am, on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 am, with Robert Sebastian officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
