Joan D. Marquez, age 84 of Union, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Liberty of Englewood. She was born September 10, 1930 in Dayton to the late Henry and Agnes (Dilworth) Landis. Joan was preceded in death by brothers, Marvin and Kenneth Landis; sisters, Ardella Kline, Bessie Peck, Wamette Sorrel, Vivian Abbott and Shirley Duff; former husband, Donald Beth.
She is survived by her brother, Alfred Landis; daughter, Trudy Booker; grandchildren, Karla Adams, Chad Rudd and Ann Todd; former husband, Rodolfo "Rudy" Marquez; previous husband, Coy Scott; niece, Bonnie (Seamus) Martin; numerous nieces, nephews, including, Marilyn Marlin, Tom Landis, Chris Potts, Rick Abbott, Jeffrey Landis, Sharon Puls, Doug Ulrich, Jeanie Ulrich, and Sue Thompson.
Joan enjoyed dancing especially ballroom dancing. She crocheted and knitted in her spare time.
