Joan Crawford

Crawford, Joan Maybell, age 80, of Huber Heights, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Summerville Home, Enon. She was born August 6, 1926 in Columbus, OH. She was a member of the VFW Post 3283 Women's Aux. and was active with the 40/8 American Legion. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert & Goldie Richards; husband, Leonard Crawford; & sister, Susie McKellar. Survivors include her sister, Dolores (Richard) Wooster & June (Carl) Holloway, both of New Carlisle, and numerous nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Burial will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 PM until the time of services.
