Coffelt, Jo Ann, age 55, of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013.
Jo Ann is survived by her husband David, her daughters: Tiffanie (Alan) Gustin, Stephanie McQuinn; son: Brian McQuinn; grandchildren: Anna, Ella, Hailey, Abigail, Draven & Alivia; father: Joseph (Beth) Hayes; grandmother: Clara Hoke; sisters: Kathy (Gary) Vaughn, Debbie Coffey; brother: Mark (Robin) Hayes; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: Patricia Donathan.
Jo Ann was a 1976 graduate of Lemon-Monroe High School and a member of New Beginnings Church in Middletown.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the services at Woodside Cemetery in Middletown. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
