Jimmy Joseph Dupre

Jimmy Joseph Dupre, age 51 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2017. Jimmy was born in Opelousas, LA to Rodney and Rose Dupre. He played semi-pro football for many years. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. Jim will be remembered for his kind, loving, and happy personality, along with his generous spirit. He was able to bring a lightness to any room and always brought a smile to the faces of his loved ones. Jimmy was an active member at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, where he proudly served as an usher and volunteer for church events; such as Vacation Bible School. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, uncle, son, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Rodney Dupre and infant daughter, Candace Dupre.

Jimmy leaves to cherish his memory, daughters, Courtney Dupre and Heidi Colliver; step-son, Ryan (Leigh Anne) McNutt; grandson, Brady McNutt; siblings, Fran Dupre and Joey Dupre; loving friend, Norma Dupre; along with many other loving relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Jimmy will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church (4865 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, OH) on Wed. May 31, 2017 at 5:30pm. The family will greet friends and loved ones for one hour prior (4:30pm-5:30pm).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with final arrangements through the funeral home or directly to the family
