Jim Eugene Jackson, 52, of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2014. He was born on September 24, 1962, in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Jim Matt Taylor and Willadean (Jones) Jackson. Jim was a retired Truck Driver.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brother, Lloyd Melvin Jackson and sister, Bobbie Jean Jackson; nephew, Jimmy Wyrick, Jr.
Jim is survived by his son, Jacob Eugene Jackson of Hazard, KY; brothers and sisters, Edith Ann Jackson, Johnny Wade (Carol) Jackson, Virlen Wayne Jackson, Darlene Howard, Raymond Harvey (Sharon) Jackson and Juanita Kay Ashmore; aunt, Ann Jones; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton).
