Jill Anne Swope

Jill Anne Swope, age 75, of Beavercreek, passed away August 12, 2024. Jill was born in Delphos, Ohio on December 20, 1948 to the late Orville and Mary Wannemacher.

Jill is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Mark Swope. 

She is survived by loving husband of 50 years, Frank Swope; daughter, Amy (Stephen) Virgilio; brother, Tom Wannemacher, John Wannemacher and Jim Wannemacher; sisters, Jane Miller and Julie Pohlman; nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Jill retired from Wright Library in Oakwood. In her free time, she enjoyed walking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090-6011) and to 4 Paws For Ability (207 Dayton Ave, Xenia, Ohio 45385).

Visitation will be held from 9:00am-10:00am on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek), where a memorial service will begin at 10:00am.
