Jill Duncan-Baltozer

Jill Ann Duncan-Baltozer, 54, of Germantown, passed away unexpectedly with family by her side, on December 13, 2016. She was born on June 19, 1962 to Robert and Patricia (Castello) Duncan in Dayton, OH. In addition to her parents, Jill is survived by her loving son, Adam Duncan Baltozer, siblings, Mitchell (Becky) Duncan, Dana Huisman, and Scott Duncan; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Baltozer. A visitation will be held Saturday, December 17, 2016, from 9:00 - 11:00 am with a funeral service following at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439 with Pastor John Swint officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
