Jessie M. Taylor, age 82, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 8, 2022.
Jessie was born in Washington, AR on October 27, 1939 to the late Ed & Janie (Florence) Atkins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several of her siblings.
She is survived by her sons, Terry Atkins and Michael (Katrina) Taylor; grandchildren, Kari Atkins, Jermel Atkins, Lateria James, Halijah McBeth and Useth Miller; sister, Willie Atkins; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 10-11 am at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH 45424. The service will follow at 11am, with Rev Tommy Stewart officiating.
Jessie will be laid to rest at West Memory Gardens, Moraine, OH.
