Jessica was born August 14, 1980, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Robert C. and Mary L. (Maise) Crutchfield.
Jessica is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Harley and Marilyn Crutchfield; maternal grandfather, Edward Maise.
She is survived by husband, Augustine Nunez; sons, Zavier A. Martinez and Zayne A. Martinez; parents, Robert C. and Mary L. Crutchfield; brother, Bobby C. (Robin "Marie") Crutchfield; maternal grandmother, Helen Maise; nephews, Bobby (Brehanna), Jr., Dylan, Edward and Levi Crutchfield; grandnephew, Easton; grandniece, Presley; along with many extended family and friends.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Newcomer South Dayton Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
