Jesse Miles Mcguffin

Jesse Miles McGuffin, 24, of Dayton, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2015 among family and close friends. He was born July 26, 1990 in Kettering, the son of Miles and Kathleen (Edwards) McGuffin.

He always had a smile or hug for everyone and loved life, music, movies, to eat, golf, his family & friends, but more importantly his two precious daughters Mya & Grace.

Jesse is survived by his parents, Miles and Kathleen (Kathy) of Dayton; his sister, Jamie McGuffin; and two daughters, Mya McGuffin and Grace Timmonds. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Herb and Maureen Edwards, also of Dayton; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Rufus (Mac) and Helen McGuffin; his uncles, Jeff Edwards and Joe McGuffin, and his aunt, Pam McGuffin.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to any Wright-Patt Credit Union under Mya McGuffin and/or Grace Timmonds. These are educational funds set up for "Jesse's Girls"; his two beautiful daughters. They are two separate accounts.

The family thanks you for all the prayers and support and asks you to celebrate your life as Jesse would have wanted.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 10:00 am until 12:00pm at St. Helen Catholic Church, 605 Granville Pl., Dayton 45431. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at 12:30 pm at the church. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home - North.
