Jerry Wells

Jerry Wells, age 72 of Enon, passed away November 9, 2019. He was born January 30, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Gerald and Mildred Wells. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Rodger "Kent" Wells.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Phyllis Kerry; children: Jerry (Laura) Wells and Renee (Tom) Vysocky; grandchildren: Michael, William, Ashley, Brittany, Katie, Kelsey, Cody, Madison and Tyler; great-grandchildren: Emma, Mia, Faith, Landyn and one on the way; brother, Don (Ana) Leake; sister, Debra Shanahan; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jerry was a veteran of the U.S. Army, Vietnam. He was a founder and member of Independent Gospel Fellowship. He enjoyed collecting eagles and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Monday, November 18, 2019 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday.
