Watts, Jerry D., age 53, of Riverside, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born June 18, 1954 in Dayton, OH, the son of Norman & Mary Ellen Watts. He is preceded in death by his father, son, Nicholas; daughter, Anastasia; grandson, Brandin Baldwin; step-father, Ralph Simpkins; grandmother, Esther George; and his aunt, Etta Mae Turner. Survivors include his mother, Mary Ellen Simpkins; children, Kimberly Sue Baldwin, Donnie Scott Watson, Timothy Franklin West, Angela Louise Watts, & Jerri Lynn Watts; 14 grandchildren; brothers, Dale, Gary, Randy, & Scott Watts; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, April 21, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH with Pastor Jerry Siler officiating. Interment will follow at Willow View Cemetery, Dayton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 9 AM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
