Jerry Teague

TEAGUE, Jerry L., 56, of Dayton passed away Saturday July 5, 2008 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He is preceded in death by his father Robert W. Teague. Jerry is survived by his wife of 20 years, Shirley Teague; mother Phyllis Teague, of Greenville; brothers Thomas Teague, of LA, Larry Teague and Sandi, of Miamisburg, and twin brother Gary Teague and Kathy, of Troy; sister Susan and Scott Wiford, of Arcanum; children Christian, Jerry, Rebecca, Michael, and Benjamin; and grandson Eric Dluski. Jerry was employed at Sandy's Towing. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr Reddy and the ICU staff at Good Samaritan Hospital for the kindness and comfort they provided the family during this difficult time. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
