PARKS, Jerry C., age 61, of Dayton, passed away Wed., June 8, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his parents Phillip & Rachel Louise Parks. Jerry is survived by his wife of 34 years Sue A.; 2 sons Jerry A. and Jeffrey T. Parks; 1 daughter Karen S. Parks; 1 brother Joe A. Parks (Janice); brother-in-law Richard Barker; uncle Charles Hubert Parks (Marie); aunt Ellen Kattine; 2 cousins Charlotte Martineau and Jim Parks and his 2 canine companions Autumn and Sid. Funeral services 2 P.M., Friday, June 10, 2005 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church 456 W. Spring Valley Pike, Centerville. Pastors Winston Baldwin and Hal Ward co-officiating. Interment Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday from 12:30 - 2:00 P.M. prior to the service at church.
