SMITH, Jerry J., age 72, of Dayton, passed away May 18, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born January 7, 1940 in Dayton, Ohio. Jerry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jeanette (Donisi) Smith; children, Jerry (Peggy) Smith Jr., Mary (Linda) Smith, Michael Smith; one grandson, Seth Smith; siblings, Pat Hausenaur, Freda (Gene) Flory, Bill Smith, Toni (Mike) Hall, Elwood Smith Jr.; numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elwood and Thelma Smith; one son, James Smith; one sister, Dolores Knutzen. No services.
