Jerry Dean Hofmann, 72, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2023. Loving husband of Janice Hofmann for 36 years, beloved father of Andrew (Honoka) Hofmann and William Hofmann and cherished son of Patricia Hofmann.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father William Hofmann and infant brother Bruce Hofmann.
Jerry worked as a consultant for Wright Patterson Air Force Base as well as base contractors. He enjoyed collecting books and stamps. His favorite time was spent with his family.
