Jerry Kay Foulke, age 87, of Fairview, WV, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Laurels of West Carrollton.
He was born on November 12, 1929 in Dayton, OH to the late Sherman and Eva (Myers) Foulke.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Sherman Foulke, Jr. and sister, Martha Arnold.
Jerry is survived by his loving daughters, Linda Kay Fogt, Sharon Wilkerson; sisters, Donna Klugh, Dorothy "Kitty" Adam; grandchildren, Bill Fogt, Janell Roy, James Schwegel, Wayne Schwegel, Kari Schwegel; as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 11 am at Newcomer Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. Burial will take place in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
