FADER, Jerry Leroy
Born March 12, 1934, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at his home in Columbus. He is survived by present wife, Faye "Emma" Fader of Columbus, her 4 children and 13 grandchildren; former wife, Betty Howell of North Hampton, their 4 children, Randy and Stassi Fader of Seattle, WA, Terri and Tim Morton of Huber Heights, Ron Fader and Debbie Lowe of New Carlisle, Rick Fader of Centerville, brother, Denny Fader of Beavercreek; and 8 grandchildren. Jerry served in two branches of the military, the U.S. Navy (2/1952-6/1958) and the U.S. Air Force (6/1958-11/1972) and was honorably discharged from both. He received numerous medals and commendations. He graduated from Beavercreek H.S. in 1952. Jerry was presently employed at Capital Transaction in Columbus. He was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast as well as a rider. For those who knew him their lives can only be richer. He will truly be missed. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road. No public visitation. Interment will follow in Dayton National Cemetery.
