Jerry Lee Decker, age 70 of Medway, Ohio, passed from this life April 25, 2021 at his home. He was born on January 1, 1951 in Vinnie, Kentucky to the late Cosby and Ermon Decker. He was retired from the Carpenters Union.
He is survived by one daughter, Justina (Robert) Klobas of Livingston, Texas; two sons, Calvin (Shanielle) Decker and Travis Decker, both of Medway, Ohio; grandchildren, Adam Goodman of Texas, Brandon Decker of Ohio, Mariah Decker and Hunter Decker both of Medway, Ohio; one great granddaughter, Acacia Goodman of Texas; brothers, Carlos (Joann) Decker of Huber Heights, Ohio, Vernon (Shirley) Decker of Center, Alabama, and Doyle Decker of Somerset, Kentucky; sisters, Doris Cecker of Louisville, Kentucky, Virginia (Junior) Dalton of Nancy, Kentucky, Mary Johnson (Garry Roberts) of Nancy, Kentucky and Glenna Decker of Louisville, Kentucky; and a special caregiver, Regina Fortenberry of Nancy, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Rexroat and brothers, Glen, Junior, Stanley and Gordon Decker.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with burial at Morrow Chapel Cemetery in Nancy, Kentucky.
