Jerry Collinsworth

Collinsworth, Jerry, age 68, of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012. He was retired from Chrysler Corp. after many years of service.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Hager and Nancy Collinsworth; and by 3 brothers, Everett Shepherd, Fred Collinsworth, and John Collinsworth.
He is survived by his daughter, Nancy (Mike Logan) Wood; grandchildren, Michael Wood, and Delilah Johnson; his great grandson, Thomas Johnson, all of Texas; his brothers, James Collinsworth of Xenia, Kermit (Fran) Collinsworth of Enon, Mike (Carol) Collinsworth of Beavercreek, and Ervin (Janice) Collinsworth of Yellow Springs; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 11, 2012, from 5-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton Xenia Rd., where Funeral Service will be held at 7pm.
