HART, Jeremy David, age 29, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 30, 2010.
He is survived by his parents, John Hart of Dayton and Diana (Tim) Wylie of Greene County; sisters, Kendra, Marissa, Miriah, Necole; brother, Bradley; maternal & paternal grandparents along with a host of family and friends. Jeremy loved every aspect of working and playing on the golf course.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH 45424. Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 1, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. If desired, donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation in his memory.
