Jeremiah Ray Perrine, age 11 of Riverside, passed away January 21, 2017. He was born December 24, 2005 in Kettering, Ohio.
Jeremiah is survived by his mom, Sarah Doster; dad, Jeremy Perrine; mamaw and papaw: Leann and Rod Doster; great-grandma, Margaret Long; great-grandpa, Ralph Doster; uncle Rodney and aunt Kendall Doster; special cousins: Karmen and Kaden Doster; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Jeremiah's family would like to send a very special thank you to all of the loving care that his nurses and the staff at Children's Medical Center provided to him, especially, Lakisha, Angela and Rhonda.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Friday. Burial to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made in Jeremiah's memory to Dayton Children's Medical Center.
