Jerald "Jerry" L. Parlett, age 65 of Miamisburg, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019. He was born April 5, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Lewis and Nancy (Huber) Parlett.
Jerry enjoyed telling stories especially jokes. He was an avid sports fan who followed Reds, Bengals and OSU. Jerry loved fishing but mostly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will always be remembered as a genuine, loving man who had a unique laugh.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Carolyn Parlett.
Jerald is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Patricia "Patty" (Morris) Parlett; children, Chrissy M. (Asher) Storms, Amy L. (Fiance' Greg Riveroll) Asher; Kristopher L. (Christine) Parlett, Corey F. (Laura) Parlett; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; father, Lewis Parlett; sisters, Kathy Parlett and Luanne Parlett and numerous family and friends.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Miamisburg Assembly of God (501 N. Ninth St., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342), where a funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Springboro Cemetery, Springboro, OH.
