Jenny A. Hamel, age 54 of Kettering, passed away December 15, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 20, 1960 in Dayton to the late Marion and Suzanne Stewart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Hamel.
Jenny is survived by her husband, Craig Grulick; daughter, Rebecca (Michael) Taylor; granddaughter, Chloe and one on the way; sisters: Shirley (Joe) Sumner and Elaine Stewart; brother, Matthew (Cathy) Stewart; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is also survived by Miss Kitty.
Jenny was a 25 year employee of Kodak. She loved her family, especially her granddaughter, and enjoyed making beautiful flower arrangements.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Beavertown Cemetery, 3170 Valleywood Drive, Kettering, OH.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jenny's memory to SISCA. Jenny's family would like to thank the staff at Kettering Hospital, 2nd Floor, SICU. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
