Jennifer Lee Williams

Jennifer Lee Williams, age 57, of Dayton passed away on August 16, 2023. She was born in Dayton on June 6, 1966 to parents, Melvin Bailey and Jane Bowman. Jennifer is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Bailey.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Steven; children, Justin (Sri) Williams, Stephanie (Raymond) Morris; grandchildren, Rachel Williams, Talon Williams, Preston Mills; mother, Jane (Lloyd) Bowman; siblings, Melinda (Billy) Cox, Christopher Bailey; nephews, Andrew Bailey, Malakai Bailey, Zechariah Bailey; nieces, Jaedra Cook and Madison Bailey; along with many other family and friends.

"I made it home, I just wanted to let you know that I made it home. Everything is so pretty here, so fresh, so new. I wish that you could close your eyes so you could see it too. Please try not to be sad for me, but try to understand. God is taking care of me...I'm in the shelter of his hands. Here, there is no sadness, no sorrow and no pain. Here, there is no crying, and I'll never hurt again. Here it is peaceful. I see my beloved families, my buddies that I've been missing a lot. Here I see colorful daisies everywhere, I can feel the ocean breeze with the song of waves. I really have to go for now...I've just got to try my wings. Trust me I'll be the first face you see when you the here. Be strong for now...till we meet again."

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
