Jennie Mae Hamrick

HAMRICK, Jennie Mae, age 99, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Hamrick and great grandson, Joshua Dooley. Jennie is survived by her daughter, Barbara Michael; sister, Ada Davis; grandchildren, Cindy Dooley (her care giver), Julie Michael and Scott Michael; great grandchildren, Jennifer (Kevin) Custer and Dylan Michael; great great grandchildren, Ashlynn and Brenna Custer; beloved, loyal canine companion, "Sadie", as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. Jennie was a member of the Dorothy Lane American Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 16, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, OH. Family will receive friends from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
