Jeffrey Scott Shade, age 45 of Dayton, passed away on November 21, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on June 24, 1971 to Raymond and Carla (Smith) Shade.
Jeffrey formerly worked as a photographer for various companies in various states.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving parents, Raymond and Carla Shade; brother, Doug (Melissa) Shade; grandmother, Odessa Hemmelgarn; beloved cats, George and Gracie; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 10:30 am at Prince of Peace Church of the Brethren, 800 E. David Rd., Kettering, Ohio 45429. A memorial service will begin at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease or Hospice of Dayton.
