Jeffrey A. Preyor

Jeffrey "Jeff" Aaron Preyor, age 34, of Dayton, passed away June 30, 2020. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on July 27, 1985, the son of Berlis Preyor.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Preyor; and his uncles, James "Jimmy" Preyor and Lamar Preyor, Sr.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Berlis Preyor; his children, Adrianna Preyor, Alanna Preyor, Amina Preyor, Dorian Hagar, Davion Crawford and Kaiden Crawford; the children's mother, Amanda Pelfrey; grandmother, Mildred Preyor; aunts, Dawn Preyor and Inez Preyor; his cousin/brother, Lamar "Bud" Preyor, Jr.; and many other loving family members and friends.

Jeff worked for Fuyao Manufacturing, where he was an Operator/Loader. In his free time, he was an avid sports fan, especially the Cincinnati Bengals, Ohio State University and all track/field events. Jeff was very aware of current events and followed developments closely. He was a family man who adored his children. His time spent with them and cheering them on in the sports/cheerleading they played kept a smile on his face. His family will miss him dearly and his absence will be felt deeply.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020, from 12:30pm - 1:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where Funeral Services will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
