Jeffrey Gaylon Powell

Jeffrey Gaylon Powell, age 63 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 14, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio.
Jeff enjoyed fishing and reminiscing about fishing trips in Canada. He also enjoyed hiking and listening to music. He had a heart for service and will be remembered for helping family and friends with home projects and repairs. He had the talent to fix just about anything and come up with creative solutions. Most importantly, Jeff loved spending time with his family and friends.
Jeff is survived by his wife of 41 years, Suzie; daughter, Bethany (Curtis) DeLong; son, Brian Powell; parents, Everett and Lela Powell; brothers, Tim Powell, Greg (Carla) Powell; as well as numerous relatives and many loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459). Funeral service will begin at 5:00 pm, with Daniel Powell officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, in Jeff's memory.
