Age 46, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 17, 2009.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Granville & Norcie Wolford; one brother, Rick Wolford; and by one son, Andrew Hammond.
Jeff is survived by three children, Andrea, Erica and Jeremy; special friend, Monica; two sisters, Kaye and Brenda; four brothers, Wimpie, Mike, Jack and Tim; and by his extended family and many good friends.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday (8/20) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 p.m. until time of service.
The family suggests that contributions be made in memory of Jeff to his children. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
