Jeannie Prestwood

Jeannie Prestwood, age 75, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away on November 3, 2023. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 7, 1948 to the late Leo and Betty August. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sister Antoinette "Toni" Sergeant; sons Don Hutton Jr. and Howard Hutton; great-grandson Gunner Smith.

Jeannie is survived by her husband of 35 years Jack Prestwood; children Tiffany (Olander) Hutton, Sean A. Hutton Sr.; brothers Leo August and Jerry August; sister Kathy Lowe; grandchildren Brittany Duncan, Kelsie Olander, Bobbi Leigh Olander, Sean A. Hutton Jr., Dylan Hutton, and Jessica Hutton; great-granddaughters Brieanna Smead and Piper Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jeannie was employed at General Motors Truck and Bus. She loved riding Harley's with her husband Jack and traveling. She was a Coca-Cola fanatic.

Funeral will be held at 12 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd, Dayton, Ohio 45459. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service. Jeannie will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
